Strengthen food safety assurance

The newly revised Implementation Regulations of the Food Safety Law will come into effect on December 1st. The Regulation stipulates that false advertising of food through lectures and other means is prohibited. Non health foods shall not claim to have health benefits, and food inspection information issued by food inspection institutions that have not obtained qualification certification in accordance with the law shall not be published.

New national standard for household waste classification implementation

The newly revised "Classification Signs for Domestic Waste" will come into effect on December 1st. This revision will adjust the categories of domestic waste to four major categories: recyclables, hazardous waste, kitchen waste, and other waste, as well as 11 subcategories including paper, plastic, and metal. Corresponding graphic symbols will also be adjusted.

Ensure the right of users to transfer their account numbers to the internet

The "Regulations on the Management of Number portability Services" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will come into effect on December 1st. The Regulation specifies nine types of prohibited sexual behaviors for telecommunications enterprises, including obstructing services, interfering with user choices, obstructing transfers, reducing communication service quality, comparative advertising, false advertising, etc.
